The Seva Business Club was launched on Thursday 29th of September 2011. This is an initiative to promote businesses in the countries of origin of the Diaspora communities in The Netherlands. The Seva Business Club strives to bring together ambitious entrepreneurs with investment ideas in the countries of origin, financiers and others in order to facilitate the requirements of the Diaspora business back home.
The launch took place at ‘Het Ondernemershuis’ in The Hague. Approximately 50 people attended the event which was officially opened by Mr. Radj Bhondoe, director of Seva Network Foundation. After his speech, an announcement was made by Mr. Ricardo Lemmer about the Trade Mission to Ghana which Seva is organizing in November 2011. The last part of the evening was meant for networking purposes.
The Seva Business Club is a quarterly get together and the next meeting is on Friday 9th of December 2011. The annual membership fee is € 20 only.
